Add in the account number
To select a Bank & Branch - click on the Edit Selected Account and a dialog will appear.
Where there is only one state, city or branch, it will automatically pre-fill the items for you once you select from the Bank drop down list
Click on OK to select the branch and return to the form, and then click Next to continue
